Something to Share .

" In relationships, life, career, society and everything else, inner freedom must be the most important thing. If you are feeling constrained by rules, control, fear, you are taking yourself to a lower level of thinking. Holding onto those rules will cause you to be in fear all day. You will lose out on being free, having faster, more fun ideas and living life in a higher way.
You will also influence others around you to be in that same fear. Your kids will learn how to be scared and be like you are right now. What ever you want others to feel, you have to feel. You must remove rules that prevent you from your natural expansion. Let go of the secrets, let go of the strain, release control of others, and watch as you experience a different reality. NO RULES that stifle what you want to do. You will even notice that when rules are removed, you will be less likely to do the things that you were prevented from doing. You are free and that's the only thing you wanted. PERIOD. Otherwise, if you stay in a relationship that ties you down, a job that is not your passion, or other things, you will have to stress. You are going against your natural flow out of fear of losing something, this is when we become fear based, manipulative and angry. You will think of happy, free people as crazy, when you could be joining them. People often make the mistake of focusing on money over freedom. They don't realize that freedom will bring faster money. But if you are tied to a job you don't want to be in, you will stay on the level of doubt and fear.
Freedom must be the number one value, or else you will eventually collapse. Let go of the labels, the lies, the rules and relax knowing you aren't going to be in trouble any more. Then go do what ever, the hell, you want. Seriously. Imagine being able to do WHATEVER......the fuck......you want. Trust me, when you have this freedom, you will only want to do good, good things." - Kyle Cease

Little Thoughts.

Experience. Dream. Risk. Close your eyes and jump. Enjoy the freefall. Choose exhilaration over comfort. Choose magic over predictability. Choose potential over safety. Wake up to the magic of everyday life. Make friends with your intuition. Trust your gut. Discover the beauty of uncertainty. Know yourself fully before you make promises to another. Make millions of mistakes so that you will know how to choose what you really need. Know when to hold on and when to let go. Love hard and often and without reservation. Seek knowledge. Open yourself to possibility. Keep your heart open, your head high and your spirit free. Embrace your darkness along with your light. Be wrong every once in a while, and don't be afraid to admit it. Awaken to the brilliance in ordinary moments. Tell the truth about yourself no matter what the cost. Own your reality without apology. See goodness in the world. Be bold. Be fierce. Be grateful. Be wild, crazy and gloriously free!

You Know Who You Are.

To the girl who posted " She Made My Day" 2 years ago.
I feels pretty sorry for your ugly personality and trying to be two faced =)
If you think posting my privacy on your blog made your day and ruined my day, sorry for dissapointed you =)
It just showed that how failure you are because you failed to perform respect to other's privacy.
Please learned to show respect to others even if you tried and wanted to be a bitch because it's the most basic thing in life =)
Just for your info, I wasn't trying to give you any hint because I never thought of you as a competitor=)
And
Oh yeah, if your going to be two faced, at least make one of them pretty =)
Thanks!

p/s Thanks to my friend who showed me this post. It was pretty shocked at first. But it was funny to read that post after all =) How ridiculous and ugly a person can be, I wonder ! =)

Paris Breakfast.

I stumbled across a fun blog that I want to share! It's called Paris Breakfast and it is used to display the way one New York woman sees Paris. The lovely behind the art is Carol Gillott. Her art is displayed on Flickr and Etsy. Check her out! The picture above is one of her pieces.

I Love Me

I'm all about this picture. Yes, it's important to think of others, have priorities, goals, blah blah blah, but you should be your own highest priority. If you're not happy, life is going to be extremely lame.

I've really come to realize this through a few different instances over the past six or so months and now with lots of life changing decision, I'm learning to put me first. Let me tell you, this is a huge relief and something I am 100% OK with doing. Because the way I look at it, it's me and then the world. No matter who I let into my life, love, dislike or just come into contact with, they're just factors. Nothing is permanent, nothing lasts forever, and eternity is just a phrase. Don't get me wrong, lots of things are long term, which is lovely, but nothing lasts forever...which is a good thing.

I don't know if this is something people need to hear, need to realize, or just something that everyone knows and I'm just now jumping on board. But I'm very happy with doing things my way. I can't wait for life to begin : )

Am Ready To Be An Adult...I Think.

I wish life was as simple as cake, wishes and dreams - but it's not. I find myself coming to another chapter in my life and ready to move on to the next. Within the craziness of school and social life, I see that life really does get more and more complicated as we get older; the grown ups weren't lying! I guess I've just hit this point of reflection...

Sometimes we out grow certain people. We lose some here and there while we also pick up new ones. That's life. The important thing is to recognize what was supposed to be taken from that relationship and use it. Others, we grow with and become even more attached emotionally. We learn from them and come to realize that you have a piece of them and they of you- which you hold so near and dear.

I am clearly dealing with a more emotional side and uni level of the funny term " senioritis ". I'm just ready to move into the young professional world filled with experience, salary, responsibilities and everything else that comes with being 23 and a graduate.

Sick As A Dog :/

Okay yesterday morning at about 4am I woke up sick, with a very upset stomach and a fever accompanied by chills. Soon after I woke up, I was in the bathroom throwing up severely and literally shaking from the chills. I had hardly slept because my stomach hurts like hell and throwing up every 10 minutes at least.

Around 7 in the morning, I haven't gotten any better, so I rang up my boyfriend. He took an emergency leave of absence and sent me to his family doctor accompanied by his mom and sister. I was warned by the doctor not to take any foods but just sugar water for at least 24 hours = (

Getting sick far from home can be an unnerving experience. But I'm blessed. His mom offered to cook congee for me and my boyfriend was taking care of me at his house which made me feels very warm inside.

Hope each of you had a wonderful week.
And just for the heck of it, pop some extra vitamin into your diet today.

Ciao September !

So much has happened good, not so good, great, wonderful and sometimes just flat out lame.

September

I've parted ways with own life. Started another. I've graduated university.

I've met & developed a ton of wonderful relationships.

I've fallen more in love with my boyfriend.

I've seen what really matters and make up friendships, family relationships & love. I've learned just a little bit more about what I want out of life.

Love,
  Steph
